The serving tray will be personalized based on your order.  Normal orders include stain selection, design selection and name to be used.

Our trays are sealed, but are primarily for decoration or carrying food on plates.  Every platter is hand painted and stained so they will differ slightly. We carefully handpick the wood for each item. There may be slight imperfections and knots in the wood which give it more of the rustic/ natural look. Due to nature and maturity of the wood, each piece may retain stain differently and as such may be slightly lighter or darker. Also, small air nailed holes on outside of board are not filled in and gives it more of the rustic look.

Upon receiving your serving tray, please open the package to inspect your items.  Unfortunately, things do get damaged when shipped.  If there are any issues please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product.
