Returns or Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

Witty Projects crafts all woodworking and laser engraved items that are sent to our customers.  If you have questions about returning or exchanging your order, please contact us at sales@wittyprojects.com prior to returning the item(s).

As a note, any claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product was received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.

Shipping

Will COVID-19 affect my shipment?

Yes. There are still some shipping delays worldwide associated with COVID-19 so be aware that your package may not arrive when expected.  

Do you ship outside the US?

No. We currently only ship orders inside of the United States or APO/AP address for military personnel and their families.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery may vary based on shipping delays associated with COVID-19 and size of the package.

US deliveries normally standard shipping will normally have their package arrive within 10 business days.

International deliveries (APO/AP) using economy standard shipping will normally have their package arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Additional shipping alternatives are available at the customer expense when ordering your products.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and view the status of your order in your order history. If your order has shipped, you should be able to click on the tracking link to determine where it might be.

All our products are handcrafted so they take time for us to complete.  Please give us at least two weeks from the time of placing your order for your products to be shipped to you. 

If you checked out as a guest, you should have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you do not have that email, then email customer service with your order ID number and we will be happy to resend the link.

If you are an international customer, then please let us know if you have not received your package after 30 days. Lost package claims must be brought to our attention within 45 days from when the order shipped.

Note that the UPS Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to weather related events.

How much will shipping cost?

This varies depending on where you are, how much your order is, and how fast you want it delivered.

To calculate your shipping cost, simply place the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button. Enter your shipping address as prompted, then click "Continue." The following page will display the different shipping options, pricing and estimated arrival dates. At that time, you can choose to complete the order or back out of the checkout process and adjust your order.

International customers may be subject to additional charges once the package arrives. Witty Projects is not responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT charges you incur for importing our products.
